Returns and Exchanges

[Returns due to customer's convenience]

Please contact us by email or phone and return the item within 7 days of product arrival. Please note that the shipping cost for returns will be borne by the customer.
If we bore the shipping cost at the time of shipment, the refund will be the amount minus the shipping equivalent (880 yen). Please be aware of this in advance.


[Exchanges due to customer's convenience]

If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of product arrival.
Exchanges are accepted up to one time. In this case, the shipping cost for returns will be borne by the customer.
For subsequent exchanges (from the second exchange onwards), in addition to the return shipping cost, the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item will also be borne by the customer. Therefore, the exchanged item will be sent cash on delivery.
Exchanged items will be shipped after the returned item arrives at our company and its contents are confirmed.


[Returns and exchanges due to defective products or incorrect delivery]

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that a product delivered to you is faulty or defective, we will respond promptly, so please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product. (If it is a holiday, we will contact you on the next business day.)

  2. Products that appear to have been worn outdoors (trying on is only permitted indoors)
  3. Products with detached or damaged product tags, price tags, or labels
  4. Products with damaged or lost product packaging
  5. Products that have been scratched or soiled by the customer
  6. Custom-made products, some pre-order products, etc.
  7. Products purchased outside of this site

[Refunds]

If the delivered product is defective, or if a product different from your order was delivered, we will refund the product price and shipping cost.


Timing of refunds (credit card)

  1. We will complete the refund process within 3 business days after the package arrives.
  2. After we complete the refund process, we will send a refund completion notification to the email address you registered.
  3. It may take several business days to several weeks for the "refund" to actually be reflected on your statement by your credit card company, depending on their closing date and processing schedule.
  4. In most cases, the refund amount will be deducted from your "next billing statement", so please check your statement 2-3 weeks after the return.
  5. In the unlikely event that the refund is still not reflected after that, please contact your credit card company to inquire "whether there was a refund procedure of ○○○○ yen from our company on ○ month ○ day (date the refund processing email was sent)", which will allow you to quickly understand the situation.
