Can I return the product?
Please return the item within 7 days of its arrival after contacting us via email or phone. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If we covered the shipping cost at the time of dispatch, the refund will be for the amount minus the equivalent shipping cost (880 yen). We appreciate your understanding.

1. Items for which 8 or more days have passed since their arrival
2. Items deemed to have been worn outdoors (try-ons are only permitted indoors)
3. Items with product tags, price tags, labels, etc., cut off or damaged
4. Items with damaged or lost product packaging
5. Items that have been scratched or stained by the customer
6. Custom-made items, some pre-order items, etc.
7. Items purchased from sources other than this website

Can I exchange shoe sizes?
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product. We accept exchanges up to one time. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
For second and subsequent exchanges, in addition to the return shipping costs, the customer will also be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item. Therefore, replacement items will be sent C.O.D.
Replacement items will be shipped after the returned product arrives at our company and its contents are confirmed.
