Returns are super easy!

Please return the item within 7 days of receipt.

STEP 1

Fill out the return slip

Please fill in your order number, name, and phone number on the "Return Slip" included with your order.
*Customers who paid by bank transfer should also fill in their refund details.

STEP 2

Prepare the package for return

Place the shoes you are returning and the "Return Form" you filled out in STEP 1 into the shoebox. Seal the shoebox and attach the enclosed "Return Shipping Label (Cash on Delivery)".

STEP 3

Hand your parcel to the collection staff

We will arrange for the returned item to be picked up from your home.
(Please request a pickup from your nearest Sagawa Express sales office.)
*You may also bring the item to your nearest Sagawa Express sales office.

STEP 4

When Your Item Arrives / Refunds

Once we have confirmed that the returned product is free of damage and that all accessories are present, we will process a refund for one pair of shoes.

* Please see "About Refund Timing" at the bottom of the page for details.

  • Add "Try-On Service Ticket ¥0" to your cart along with the two pairs of shoes you're considering, and proceed to checkout.
  • If you purchase a reserved item, we will send it to you once both pairs are available. Please be aware that it may take up to two months for delivery.
  • Please note that if you pay by bank transfer, you will be responsible for any transfer fees incurred during a refund.
  • If both pairs are returned, the try-on service will not be applicable, and we will refund you the purchase price minus a total of ¥1,760 for shipping and return shipping costs.
  • The shipping label will include the phone number of your nearest Sagawa Express office. Please call that number to arrange for a pickup at your hom

Regarding the Timing of Your Refund

  1. We will process your refund within 3 business days after your returned items arrive.
  2. It may take several business days to several weeks for the refund to actually appear on your statement, depending on your credit card company's billing cycle and processing schedule.
  3. In most cases, the refund amount will be deducted from your next billing statement, so please check the statement 2-3 weeks after you return the item.
  4. If the refund is still not reflected after that period, please inquire with your credit card company whether "a refund of XXXX yen was processed by our company on Month/Day" to quickly understand the situation.

We cannot accept returns for products that fall under the following categories:

  1. Products that have been more than 8 days since their arrival. *If you cannot return the product within 7 days, please contact us by email or phone.
  2. Products deemed to have been worn outdoors (please try on indoors)
  3. Products with product tags, price tags, labels, etc., cut off or damaged.
  4. Products with product tags, price tags, labels, etc. cut off, or damaged packaging.
  5. Products with scratches or stains caused by the customer.
  6. Ordered products, some pre-ordered products, etc.
  7. Products purchased outside of this site
  8. Products returned using a shipping label other than the "Sagawa Express cash-on-delivery slip" included.

When using the shoe comparison service,
please add two pairs of shoes you wish to compare and the "Try-On Ticket" to your cart.

  • If you purchase pre-order items, we will ship them once both pairs are available. Please be aware that it may take up to two months for delivery.
