Measurement method
Place a ruler against a vertical wall and measure the length from your heel to your longest toe.
《Points to Note》
Ensure you look directly down at the measurement.
Measure on a firm surface. (Measurements on soft surfaces like carpets will not be accurate.)
Ensure your weight is evenly distributed on both feet when measuring.
《 Size S 》Staff O
Foot length: 21.9cm
Foot circumference: 22.5cm
Usually wear sneakers: 23.0cm
I can wear 22.5cm, but I prefer my sneakers to be a bit loose, so I choose 23cm.
Usually wear pumps: 22.5cm
Most pumps fit me well at 22.5cm. However, perhaps because my feet are wide, I wear a 23.5cm in Swan pumps. (They fit perfectly.)
The lace-ups fit perfectly in size S. I can wear size M if I tighten the laces, but once the leather breaks in, it becomes a bit loose and slips a little.
They conform to my feet easily, and I can wear them comfortably without my feet hurting even when walking for long periods. Thanks to the cork insole, they don't get stuffy even in summer, and I adjust by wearing thick socks in winter, so I enjoy wearing them comfortably all year round.
《 Size M 》Staff H
Foot length: 23.5cm
Foot girth: 21.5cm
Daily sneaker size: 23.5cm
I wear 24.0cm for sneakers such as Adidas, Nike, and New Balance.
Daily pump size: 23.5cm
I choose pumps that are a perfect fit, but they feel tight when worn with socks.
I wear a size M for lace-up shoes. My feet are narrow, so they feel roomy, but for sneakers, I prefer a slightly larger size to wear them comfortably, so this size is perfect.
I also wear them barefoot in warmer seasons, and the fit is not an issue.
I usually leave the laces tied, and it's easy to put them on and take them off that way.
《 Size M 》Staff U
Foot length: 22.9cm
Foot girth: 21.9cm
Usually wears sneakers: 23.5cm
Usually wears pumps: 23.5cm
I can wear size S with thin socks, but I prefer size M because I don't need a secure fit and like a relaxed feel. The biggest advantage is that I can easily slip them on while standing without untying the laces. Due to my tailor's bunion, narrow shoes cause pain at the base of my pinky toe, making them impossible to wear for long periods, but I can wear these shoes all day without any problems.

Everyday sneakers: 23.0cm
I can wear 22.5cm, but I prefer my sneakers to be a bit looser, so I choose 23cm.
Everyday pumps: 23.5cm
For open-toe sandals, I wear 22.5cm or size S because my feet are narrow.
I have severe bunions on both feet and have a lot of trouble finding shoes, but with these lace-up shoes, I don't feel any pain in the bunion area, and even after wearing them for a full day of standing work, my feet don't get as tired.
《 Size L 》Staff N
Foot length: 24.0cm
Foot girth: 21.8cm
Sneakers usually worn: 24.0cm
Pumps usually worn: 24.0cm
The M size fits perfectly, but since I prefer a little room in my shoes, I chose the L size. There is about 1 cm of space at the toes. Even though the size is larger, I have no trouble with them slipping off while walking.
《 Size L 》Staff K
Foot length: 24.0cm
Foot circumference: 24.8cm
Sneakers usually worn: 25.0cm or 25.5cm
I sometimes choose 25.5cm for narrow types.
Pumps usually worn: 25.0cm
I avoid pumps with narrow widths and hard materials.
I have high insteps and wide feet, so I always struggle to find shoes. I often have to give up on shoes I think are cute because they don't fit.
Lace-up shoes are comfortable because the soft leather wraps around my difficult feet.
I also suffer from bunionettes, where the base of my pinky toe often hurts when it rubs against shoes, but I've never felt pain with lace-up shoes.
Size L fits perfectly. If I want a roomier fit for my foot width, I choose L+, but then there's more than 1cm of space at the toes. I sometimes wear L+ when I want a more relaxed fit, so I alternate between the two sizes.
Why they're comfortable for any foot
Crafted from a single piece of leather.
The simple, single-piece leather construction wraps around your feet for a stress-free wearing experience.
The width is easily adjustable, allowing it to fit various foot shapes.
Comfortable for both high insteps and narrow feet
The person on the left in the image, with high insteps and wide feet, said they always had trouble finding shoes due to width.
The person on the right, with low insteps and narrow feet, also struggled with shoes feeling too loose.
Surprisingly, both wore the same size L shoes.
A perfect fit can be easily achieved by adjusting the laces.
