Steps Until Repair Completion

1. Repair Request

2. Shipping of repaired item (shipping costs borne by customer)

Please send it in your own box to our Okayama factory (see below). After shipping, please notify us of the shipping company and tracking number (the number that allows you to track the package) by email or phone.

3. After inspection by our manufacturing staff, we will provide an estimate for repair costs and a delivery timeframe (within 3 business days).

We will send you a repair estimate via email. If you prefer to be contacted by phone, please let us know.

4. Repairs handled by our in-house domestic factory (1–2 months)

We carefully handle your shoes, and our skilled craftsmen will do their best to meet your requests.

5. Payment for repairs after notification of completion

You can choose to pay by credit card or bank transfer.

6. Return of repaired item (shipping costs borne by us)

We will ship your order within 3 business days after confirming your payment.

About Shipping Fees

The shipping cost when sending products to us will be borne by the customer.

※Depending on the type and location of damage, we may not be able to accept repairs. In such cases, we cannot refund shipping costs incurred when sending the item, so please be aware of this in advance.
