- Can't go shopping leisurely because you have small children
- Don't want to be approached by sales assistants
- Want to try them on at night because your feet swell in the evening
- Want to coordinate and see which color suits you better
This service is also popular with customers who have these kinds of concerns.

Please return the item using the enclosed return slip.
If you contact a Sagawa Express sales office,
they will come to your home to pick it up.
Returns are super easy!
STEP 1
Fill out the return form.
Please fill in your order number, name, and phone number on the enclosed "Return Sheet."
STEP 2
Prepare your return package
Please put the shoes to be returned and the "Return Form" you filled out in STEP 1 into the shoe box. Seal the shoe box and attach the enclosed "Return COD Slip".
STEP 3
Hand over the luggage to the collection staff
We will arrange for the returned item to be picked up from your home.
STEP 4
Receipt by our company / Refunds
Once we have confirmed that the returned product has no scratches or missing accessories, we will process a refund for one pair of shoes.
*Regarding refund timing
1. We will complete the refund process within 3 business days of receiving your package.
2. The actual reflection of the refund on your statement by your credit card company may take several business days to several weeks, depending on the credit card company's closing date and processing schedule.
3. In most cases, the refund amount will be deducted from your next billing statement, so please check your statement 2 to 3 weeks after the return.
4. In the unlikely event that the refund is not reflected even after that, please contact your credit card company to inquire whether "we processed a refund of XXXX yen on [Month Day]" to quickly ascertain the situation.
We apologize for any inconvenience and anxiety caused by the time required for this process, and we appreciate your understanding.

Footwear Comparison Service Guide
- Please add the "Try-On Ticket ¥0" to your cart along with the two shoes you are undecided about.
- If you purchase a reserved item, we will send both pairs of shoes once they are available. Please be aware that it may take up to two months before making your purchase.
- If you pay by bank transfer, please note that you will be responsible for the bank transfer fees incurred when issuing a refund.
- If both pairs of shoes are returned, the try-on service will not apply, and we will deduct a total of ¥1,760 for shipping costs (outbound and return) from your refund.
- The shipping label will include the phone number of your nearest Sagawa Express office. Please call that number to arrange for a pickup from your home.
Situations in which returns cannot be accepted
We cannot accept returns for products that fall under the following categories:
1. Products for which 8 days or more have passed since their arrival
2. Products judged to have been worn outdoors (please try them on indoors)
3. Products with product tags, price tags, labels, etc., cut off or damaged
4. Products with product tags, price tags, labels, etc., cut off or with damaged packaging, etc.
5. Products that have been scratched or stained by the customer
6. Custom-made products, some pre-order products, etc.
7. Products purchased from stores other than this website
8. Products returned using a shipping label other than the "Sagawa Express cash-on-delivery slip" included with the order
